Permits have been submitted seeking the approval of a new single-family residence at 376 Hill Street in Dolores Heights, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story residence with an ADU at the basement level. The scope of work for the ADU is under a separate permit.

Marmol Radziner is managing the design concept and construction.

The project site is occupied two buildings which are proposed to be demolished. The project site is a lot spanning across an area of 7,236 square feet. The type v-b single-family residence will consist of three stories and one basement with an ADU. The total residential area of the project is 6,508 square feet. The residence features four bedrooms. Two off-street parking spaces and one bicycle parking space are also planned. The building facade will rise to a height of thirty-two feet. An open space of 3,012 square feet will also be landscaped.

The estimated cost of project completion is $ 500,000. The date of project completion has not been announced yet.

  1. $500000 for 6500 square feet, huh? Now that’s a budget!

    yeah, the construction budget looks too low. Marmol Radziner is a high end architectural firm, I am sure they don’t get out of bed for less than $1M budget.

    Also 376 Hill St was just sold in 2019 for over $6.8M. This budget doesn’t make sense. Probably set a lower “budget” in the permit so that less taxes for “improvement”.
