Building permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project at 379 Naples Street in Excelsior, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a new three-story residential building offering residential units under and an ADU.
SIA Consulting Corp is responsible for the project.

The project proposes splitting of the parcel and adding new residential units. The project will construct a detached three-story building offering additional two residential units under SB-9 and one Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). The building will feature a total of five residential units.
