Permits have been filed proposing a new residential project at 3625 Fong Ranch Road in South Natomas, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of five new four-story buildings offering 500+ apartments units, both market and affordable units, parking, and onsite residential amenities. Anton Development is the project developer. Withee Malcolm Architects is responsible for the designs.
