New renderings have been revealed along with a preliminary project assessment application for a residential building at 67-69 Belcher Street in San Francisco’s Castro neighborhood. The development would add 36 new units to the city’s housing market. Stanley Saitowitz | Natoma Architects is responsible for the design.
New building permits have been filed for a prominent new residential project on Treasure Island, an artificial island in San Francisco. The five-story building will add 117 new residential units as part of an 8,000-unit $6 billion district project in the Bay Area. Treasure Island Development Group, or TICD, is responsible for the development.
Developers submitted a Preliminary Project Assessment application for renovation of the existing building at 2107 Van Ness Avenue in Nob Hill, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the renovation of the five-story building to construct thirty-two residential units. The scope of the renovation will include major upgrades to the mechanical and plumbing systems, updated egress, and exterior improvements.
Natoma Architects is managing the design concept and construction. Yue Yue LLC is the project sponsor.
