Construction is underway for the four-story data center building at 2905 Stender Way in Santa Clara, Santa Clara County. The project is the ninth addition to CoreSite Real Estate’s Silicon Valley Campus. Corgan is the project architect.

The project will replace two existing structures with two data center buildings, a manufacturing structure, and a parking garage. Stack Infrastructure is the project applicant.

A self-storage and industrial project has been proposed for construction of 2270 McKinnon Avenue, Bayview Hunters Point, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story building offering spaces for self-storage and industrial uses. The project would demolish an existing 5,817 square-foot accessory structures and surface parking lot on the site.
