Tranvu LLC is listed as the project applicant.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 4,791 square feet. The scope of work includes the construction of a new three-story residential building offering three units and one Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). The project site is occupied by a structure at the front which will be retained.
A project application has been submitted, awaiting review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
