SPM Solutions is listed as the project applicant. Kaliforma LLC is listed as the owner.
The scope of work includes the construction of a new 18-unit condominium complex. The project calls for combining two parcels located on 905 36th avenue and 911 36th avenue. The applicant wants to take advantage of the affordable housing density bonus by proposing two affordable housing units which will provide a 50 percent density bonus thereby increasing the allowed units from 12 to 18.
A project application has been submitted, pending review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
