Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed for development at 3807 4th Avenue in North Park, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a new two-story residence with an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).
The project site spans an area of 0.7 acres. The scope of work includes the construction of a new two-story duplex residence yielding a total built-up area of 1,477 square feet. The duplex will also feature a two-story Accessory Dwelling Unit, with each ADU spanning an area of 420 square feet.
