The Edes Building, a new mixed-use project has commemorated construction at 17395 Monterey Road in Morgan Hill, Santa Clara County. The project proposal includes the construction of a two-story building featuring art gallery space. The project pays homage to the Edes Brothers Hardware Store that occupied the site more than a century ago. Golden Quail, LLC is the project developer. KTGY is responsible for the design concepts and construction.
