Development permits were filed seeking the approval of constructing new single-family homes at 666 Hamilton Street in Portola, San Francisco. The project proposal includes demolishing the existing abandoned single family residence and constructing three new residences with three ADUs. The scope of the project also includes subduing the existing lot into three lots and removal of all trees including one tree within ten feet of the front property line.
Carlmai LLC is the property owner. Architect Mason Kirby Inc is managing the design plans and construction.
The total area of each lot is 3333.32 square feet. The building height will rise to a level of three stories. The estimated date of project completion has not been announced yet.
The project location is in a residential walk and bike-friendly neighborhood. The area is in Portola, a garden district in San Francisco which is surrounded by green areas and recreational parks. The area is well-serviced by MUNI bus lines like 9, 14, 23, 43, 49, 53 and 90.
