A new residential development has been proposed for development at 1355 California Circle in Milpitas. The project proposal includes the development of five three-story and eight four-story buildings offering more than 200 residences on the site.
Pulte Group is the project developer. WHA Architects is responsible for the designs.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 6.69 acres. The project proposes to bring five building rising three stories high, each featuring seven units. The project will offer a total of 206 residential units, designed in three-bedroom layouts. Out of the total units, 35 will be available at market rates. The unit sizes will range from 1,500 square feet to 1,800 square feet.

The project plan also includes eight four-story buildings offering 96 condominiums ranging from 1,450 square feet to 2,000 square feet. The units are predominantly three bedrooms but with an option to create a fourth bedroom on a portion of the units.
A six-story building offering 75 below-market-rate units is also part of the project plan. Out of the total, 20 units will be set aside as low-income units.
Two of the five buildings would have frontage onto California Circle. Project application material has been submitted for review and the estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
