The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.71 acres. The project requests Conditional Use Permit to convert an existing multi-unit residential development into eleven condominiums. The scope of work includes the construction of eleven new residences. More information is yet to be released about the project design team, floor plans, and construction details.
The project application also requests for Tentative Map for Condominium Purposes on the site. The project application has been submitted, and is under review. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet. The project site is located in a residential neighborhood. I80 (Capital City Fwy) runs very close to the property site.
