A preliminary application has been submitted seeking the approval of a small-scale residential project proposed for development at 125 Maple Street in Presidio Heights, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a new three-story single-family residence with a basement.
Sutro Architects is responsible for the application and designs.
The scope of work includes the development of a new three-story single-family residence with basement spanning a total built-up area of 6,614 square feet. The project site is a vacant lot spanning an area of 4,710 square feet and will be developed with new driveway and landscaping.
At this stage, the applicant is submitting a preliminary filing requesting feedback from the City about a potential development. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.

A small scale three story, six thousand square foot house, basically this house is going to be constructed in the landscape/green space backyard of adjacent mansion. Don’t be fooled the only value to the neighborhood is for the developer.
On the satellite view, it look like an empty lot. It does not appear to be part of the Le Petit Trianon property.
