Trumark Homes recently announced its plans to develop a residential community in Concord. The project proposal includes the construction of luxury townhomes.
Trumark Homes is taking over a 70-home subdivision project entitled by Catalyst Development Partners.
The project site spans an area of 3.6 acres. Named Penny Lane, the project will bring a total of 70 three-story townhomes. Plans reveal floor areas ranging from 1,611 square feet to 2,430 square feet. The community will offer four distinct floor plans, designed as a mix of three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, four bedrooms, a den, and four bathrooms. On-site amenities are inclusive of a community park for residents and guests.
The residential community is the best place for people with an active outdoor lifestyle and people looking to raise families.
Residences are expected to be open to the public in the Fall of 2022. Sales are anticipated to start in the Spring of 2022.
The property is located on Clayton Road on the east side of Concord. The community will be within a short distance of many retail stores, restaurants, banks, and BART Concord station. Penny Lane sits close to the 30-acre Concord Community Park, which offers an Olympic-size pool, tennis courts, dog park, picnic areas, and a recreational center.
Penny Lane will be Trumark’s 19th new community in Northern California. Earlier this year, Trumark acquired 37 homesites within the San Rafael waterfront project, The Strand at Loch Lomond. Crest and Leeward on the island of Alameda opened in the winter of 2020.
