A new residential project has been proposed for development at 101 South Jackson Avenue in San Jose. The project proposal includes the construction of two-story townhomes and a conventional rezoning of the project site from single-family residence zoning to a mixed-use neighborhood zoning district. A single-story house and detached garage on the site were demolished.
Habitat for Humanity is the project developer. Geoffrey Holton Associates is responsible for the designs.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.86 acres. The project will bring fourteen new two-story townhomes. The project proposes the connection of Woodset Court to Woodset Drive through the parcel. The project also connects to existing water, sewer, and power lines. A total of 26 surface parking spaces will be provided.
The project is expected to be operational in April 2024.
