A new office building has been proposed for development at 480-490 South Mathilda Avenue in Sunnyvale. The project proposal includes the development of a four-story building offering office spaces and onsite parking. The project proposes to demolish the existing 13,543-square foot office building and 6,212-square foot commercial building on the site. The project site currently contains 23 trees.
The Minkoff Group is the project developer. is responsible for the designs.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 1.3 acres. The project proposes to construct an approximately 127,886 square-foot, four-story office building over two levels of below ground parking. The project also includes a rooftop terrace, removal of 23 existing trees, new landscaping including 23 new trees, public right-of-way and utility improvements, and a lot-tie agreement. The project includes a Development Agreement where the developer will contribute to a community benefit fund and adopting Ordinance.
The project site will be accessible via a driveway on West Olive Avenue. The driveway will provide access to the below ground parking garage.
The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
