Tangent Design LLC is the project developer. Design Everest is responsible for the designs.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 2,495 square feet. The scope of the project proposes to bring a two-story detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) spanning an area of 973 square feet. The existing residence is a two-story building spanning an area of 1,722 square feet. No parking has been proposed on the site.

An application has been submitted for review. The cost of construction is valued at $200,000. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
