A new mixed-use project has been proposed for development at 3711 Marysville Boulevard in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a new mixed-use project offering spaces for residential and retail uses.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.76 acres. The project proposes to bring a new mixed-use building comprising 64 residential apartments. Commercial spaces will also be developed in the building.
A project application has been submitted, seeking a Site Plan and Design Review. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet. More information about this project is yet to be released. Stay tuned to SFYIMBY.com for updates.
