A new multi-family housing project has been proposed for development at 2050 Kammerer Avenue in San Jose. The project proposal includes the construction of three two-story buildings offering workforce housing and on-site parking.
Education Housing Partners Inc (EHP) is the project developer. SVA Architects is responsible for the designs.

The project site is a five-acre parcel on the northwestern portion of 20.3-acre parcel. The scope of work includes the construction of three two-story buildings offering 78 units and yielding an area of 108,000 square feet. A total of 158 parking spaces will be provided on the site.

The project will rise at the east intersection of Kammerer Avenue and Sinclair Drive. A review meeting has been scheduled on March 13 at 6:30 pm, details of joining can be found here. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
