Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed for development at 1708 Kenwood Street in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of three new two-story multi-family buildings offering 12 units.
Elmwood Construction Inc is the project developer. Greyscale Architecture Inc is responsible for the designs.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.76 acres. The scope of work includes the development of three new multi-family buildings spanning an area of 3,506 square feet rising two stories high. Each floor spanning an area of 1,753 square feet. Each building will offer four dwelling units, totaling 12 units.
