Commercial Addition Planned At 3308 3rd Avenue In Sacramento
A new commercial project has been proposed for development at 3308 3rd Avenue in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the conversion of two two-story buildings into buildings set for commercial uses. Earlier this year, University of the Pacific purchased three Oak Park properties from Sacramento Food Bank for $12.9 million.
