Permits have been submitted seeking the approval of a mixed-use structure at 51 Innes Court, Bayview Hunters Point. The project proposal includes the construction of residential units with resident-service offices.
Lennar Urban is the property owner. Ian Birchall and Associates is managing the design concept and construction.
The project site is a 750-acre parcel. Named The Monarch, the new development will cover an area of 169,499 square feet. The mixed-use project is in the first phase of development and will offer 132 condominium townhouses at market rate. The project offers on-site amenities like an inner linear courtyard serving as a connection between four buildings, play areas, community spaces, outdoor barbecue areas, parking. The mixed-use property will also offer bicycle storage.
The Monarch is a luxury collection of condominiums at The San Francisco Shipyard. Built near the highest point of The Shipyard hilltop, it offers one- to three-bedroom homes with private terraces and striking views of the Bay.
The project is a part of a bigger development at The San Francisco Shipyard.
