San Francisco Planning Commission has scheduled a meeting to review a residential project proposed at 4300 17th Street in Corona Heights, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a four-story residence with onsite amenities and landscaped areas.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 1,458 square feet, created through a subdivision of the existing lot spanning an area of 2,916 square feet. The new residential project will bring a two-family dwelling unit in a four-story edifice. An existing three-story two-family dwelling is located on the remaining 1,458 square feet of the original parcel. Two Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) are proposed, one to be added to the existing two-family dwelling, and the other will be within the new two-family residence.

The project is under review stage, and a meeting scheduled is on September 2nd, Thursday, details of which can be found here.

The property site sits at the northwest intersection of 17th Street and Ord Street. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
