City To Acquire 835 Turk Street In Fillmore District, San Francisco

A General Plan Referral application for the acquisition of the property at 835 Turk Street in Fillmore District, San Francisco has been submitted. The project proposal includes the development of a residential hotel. The site operates a hotel, Vantaggio Suites.

VSSF Associates LLC is the property owner. Department of Homeless and Supportive Housing is the project applicant.

The property site is a parcel spanning an area of 6,899 square feet. The City and County of San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing proposes to purchase the property on the site with the plans to include a 115-room residential hotel. The transaction does not entail any physical changes to the building itself, or adjacent streets and public
infrastructure

San Francisco Planning Commission shall review the project and determine whether the project is in conformity with the general plan. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
