A new residential project might soon be cropping up at 101 South Jackson Avenue in San Jose. The project proposal includes the development of new two-story townhomes and a conventional rezoning of the project site from single-family residence zoning to a mixed-use neighborhood zoning district. A single-story house and detached garage on the site were demolished.
Habitat for Humanity is the project developer. Geoffrey Holton Associates is responsible for the design concepts.

The project will bring fourteen new two-story townhomes. The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.86 acres. The project also proposes the connection of Woodset Court to Woodset Drive through the parcel.

The City has performed an environmental review of the project and the local review period ends on May 5, 2022. The construction timeline has not been announced yet.
