A new residential project is proposed to be developed at 1827 Broadway in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a four story apartment building offering spaces for retail and residential use. Plans call for the demolition of an exisiting building on the site. A separate demoltion permit will be filed to clear up the site.
Trondheim Properties is the project developer.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.92 acres. The project will bring a four-story apartment building yielding a total built-up area of 48,748 sqaure feet. The apartment building will offer 47 residential units and retail space on the ground floor. The building will offer onsite amenities for the residents and a ground-floor lobby.
The total construction cost of the project is estimaetd at $8 million.
