Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a residential project proposed at 3835 Pacheco Boulevard in Martinez, Contra Costa County. The project proposal includes the construction of four multi-family condominium buildings on two parcels.
The project site is composed of two lots spanning an area of 1.57 acres. The project proposes to bring 33 multi-family residences into four buildings on two parcels. Onsite parking will be provided for 78 vehicles. The housing complex will also feature four bio-retention basins, retaining walls, and landscaped open areas. The buildings will rise to a height of 35 feet.
In addition, a Tree Permit may be required for trees removed for demolition of the existing residences on both lots. Applications have been submitted and await approvals. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
