A new residential project has been proposed for development at 1820 Alabama Street in San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a new single-family residence. The project proposes to demolish a portion of a previous addition that encroaches on the adjacent vacant property.
Hunt Hale Jones Architects is designing the project.

The property site is a parcel spanning an area of 4,037 square feet. The proposed new single-family home on vacant lot, once encroaching addition is removed. Both lots are currently under same ownership. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
