New building permits have been filed for a small single-family infill at 788 Arkansas Street on Potrero Hill, San Francisco. The plans look to replace an existing two-story house with a four-story infill across from the Potrero Hill Recreation Center, with views of Downtown San Francisco. Hunt Hale Jones is responsible for the application and design.
A Notice of Completion was posted for a new townhome project located at 1400 Colman Avenue in Santa Clara. The project developer, City Ventures, plans to build ground level townhomes across roughly half of the property, with the other half comprising podium style units built over two parking garages.
The Los Gatos Planning Commission has recommended approval ahead of the May 6th City Council meeting for townhouses at 15349 Los Gatos Boulevard in Los Gatos, Santa Clara County. Once built, the project will add 55 units, including some affordable housing. City Ventures is the project sponsor and developer.
Plans are moving forward for the affordable senior housing proposal along Park Street in Moraga, Contra Costa County. The proposal has been determined to be consistent with the town’s existing general plan, which has already received CEQA approval. Arcata-based Danco Communities is the project developer and owner.
