A project review meeting has been proposed to review a new mixed-use project at 37447 Fremont Boulevard in Fremont. The project proposal includes the construction of eight buildings offering spaces for residential and commercial uses. The project calls for the demolition of all existing buildings located from 37447 through 37467 Fremont Boulevard.
City Ventures is the project applicant. Hunt Hale Jones Architects is responsible for the designs. C2 Collaborative is responsible for the landscaping.
Plans for the construction of a new mixed-use development featuring eight buildings ranging in height from one to three stories, offering spaces for 60 townhome-style condominiums and commercial space on the ground floor. Out of the total residential units, nine will be offered as affordable units and eight accessory dwelling units. Commercial space spanning an area of 1,100 square feet will be designed on the ground floor.
The project application has been submitted, and is pending a design review. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.

It’s always wild to see how much space must be devoted to cars in these projects.
With a little research, you will see that City ventures is not a reputable company and it’s being sued on many fronts. Shoddy workmanship. Refusal to honor warranties. They are being sued by the city of La Jolla. This is not a company we want to do business with in Fremont.
