The Temple Way Development Project has submitted a final Environmental Impact Report for a new residential project located at 38134 Temple Way in Fremont. The project is brought by Temple Peralta Investors, and will be located at the site of a vacant church and parking lot associated with its affiliate community organization. The completion of the final EIR marks a significant milestone in the project’s progress to completion.
The proposed project would subdivide the total land area into 27 single-family residences. Of them, three are to be designated at below-market rate. The lot size and density are to average slightly smaller, but roughly on a scale with the existing properties in the area.

The basic design of the properties is to be roughly analogous across all 27 constructed units. Each residence would be two stories, containing multiple bedrooms, and a private two-car garage. Access to the properties would be available by public walkway, pedestrian alley, or direct vehicle access.
