The application is a significant step forward for the project less than a month after the city awarded the developers $12 million in funding. Maracor Development and the Pacific Companies are jointly responsible.

The project calls for the demolition of all existing buildings located from 37447 through 37467 Fremont Boulevard. City Ventures is the project applicant. Hunt Hale Jones Architects is responsible for the designs.
