The Sunset Development Company has submitted a new layout and design plans for The Orchards Development Project, formally called Chevron Park in San Ramon. Initial Proposals for redeveloping the site were first brought in 2023, but the new plans are modified and more detailed. Plans include layouts for three districts as part of the development area along Bollinger Canyon Road in San Ramon.
The San Ramon Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans tonight for the townhouse proposal at 2301 Camino Ramon in Bishop Ranch, San Ramon. The project could replace the office campus’s medical center with nearly two hundred homes. Trumark Homes is sponsoring the project on behalf of Sunset Development, the property owner.

A new residential project has been proposed for development at 18 Crow Canyon Court, San Ramon. The project proposal includes the construction of a new townhome community offering 54 homes. The project site is comprised solely of an existing office building and no existing residential uses exist on site. City Ventures is the project developer. Hunt Hale Jones Architects is responsible for the architecture.
