A preliminary application has been filed for a residential project proposed at 6543 Regional Street in Dublin. The project proposal includes the development of a six-story multi-family residential building offering rental units at affordable rates.
ROEM Development is the project developer. Withee Malcolm Architects is responsible for the designs.

The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 1.65 acres. The project will bring an affordable rental housing project consisting of 176 multi-family residences. The building will yield a total residential built-up area of 179,216 square feet. Parking for 120 vehicles will be provided on the site.
The building will rise to a height of 90 feet.
