Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed at 380 North 1st Street in San Jose. The project proposal includes the development of a new multi-family residential project, replacing an existing office building on the site.
QOZB LLC is the property owner.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.49 acres. The new project will bring 118 residential units. The new apartment complex will be eight stories high.
Enhanced Preliminary Review for the demolition of the existing structure on the site is planned. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
The site sits next to a light rail line that’s a few train stops away from the Diridon Station.
