Development permits have been filed for a senior housing project proposed at 5751 Arnold Boulevard in Dublin, Alameda County. The project proposal includes the construction of a two-story building offering assisted living units and care services for seniors.
South Bay Partners is the client. The Corporation Trust Company is the project developer. Kier + Wright is responsible for the designs.
Named The Whitford of Dublin – Dublin Senior Living, the project will bring a two-story facility offering 152 assisted living and 38 memory care units. The building will feature an open air courtyard, along with onsite community amenities. Parking for 91 vehicles will also be developed not he site. The care facility will yield a total built-up area of 157,482 square feet.
The project application includes planning entitlements for a Planned Development Rezone and Site Development Review Permit. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
