A mixed-use project has been approved for development at 435 East 3rd Street in San Mateo. The project proposal includes the construction of a five-story mixed-use building offering spaces for office and residential uses.

Windy Hill Property Ventures is responsible for the development as the property owner. ARC TEC, with offices in California and Arizona, is responsible for the design.

The project will bring a five-story building spanning an area of 39,893 square feet, designated for residential and office uses. The building will offer five apartment units including one low-income unit. The building will also feature office space spanning 33,529 square feet.

Renderings reveal a façade designed in bricks, glazing, aluminum panels, and painted stucco. BKF is the civil engineer.
