Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed for development at 475 Oregon Avenue in Old Palo Alto.
Lea & Braze Engineering Inc is responsible for the project work.
The project application requests for Senate Bill 9 (SB9) Urban Lot Split Parcel Map to allow the existing approximately 12,000 square foot lot to be divided into two lots. The first lot will be 6,852 square feet and the second lot will be 5,148 square feet.
The project site is currently developed with a four-bedroom three-bathroom single-family residence spanning an area of 2,100 square feet.
A preliminary application has been submitted, awaiting review and approval. More information on the project is yet to be released. Stay tuned to SFYIMBY.com for more such updates.
