A new residential project may be proposed for development at 721 Airport Boulevard in South San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a four-story building offering residential units and onsite parking.
The project site is a parcel spanning 25,000 square feet. The scope of work includes the construction of a four-story building yielding a total built-up area spanning 20,959 square feet.
The proposal is for site acquisition only; no specific construction project, public or private, is contemplated. The proposed acquisition would be to provide affordable permanent support rental housing to extremely low- and low-income County residents experiencing homelessness.
