Development permits have been submitted seeking the approval of a new single-family residential project proposed for development at 343 Cumberland Street, Dolores Heights, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a new two-story single-family residence. The project site is occupied by a one-bedroom residence, slated for demolition.
Caha Design Group is responsible for the designs. Orca Design is the landscape architect.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 2,850 square feet. The new residence will be a two-story building offering a three-bedroom floor plans and yielding a total built-up area of 3,690 square feet.
Two bicycle storage spaces have also been proposed. Landscaped open space spanning an area of 1,105 square feet will also be designed on the premises.
A project application has been submitted, awaiting review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
