A new residential project has been proposed for development at 18730 Vista De Almaden in San Jose. The project proposal includes the development of a new residential complex comprised of five single-family residences.
The project proposes a 5-lot subdivision to create a parcel totaling 7.6 acres in area. The scope of work includes the development of a residential community comprised of one existing single-family home and four new single-family residences. One of the residences would be deed restricted affordable to a low-income household.
The project also proposes associated site improvements. The total proposed residential area is 22,180 square feet. Additionally, garage space spanning an area of 3,750 will also be developed on the site.
An SB 330 Builder’s Remedy pre-application has been submitted, pending review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
