A new residential project has been proposed for development at 2640 74th Avenue in Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of a new single-family residence.
The project site is located in an area where lots of mid-density projects have popped up.
The residence will span an area of 1,843 square feet, and rise two stories high. The facade will rise to a height of 30 feet. The project site is a vacant lot that currently shares a driveway with adjacent property and spans an area of 3,750 square feet.
The applicant is advised to revise plans to meet maximum 50% paving in the front yard. A project application has been submitted, awaiting review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
