A new residential project has been proposed for development at 2983 La Rosa Road in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a new two-story ICF triplex.
The scope of work includes the construction of a new two-story ICF triplex. Each unit is proposed to have a one-car garage and living area on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the second floor.
The project site spans an area of 5,227 square feet. The ICF will be a three-unit residential building with two floors in each unit, constructed entirely using Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) technology. The construction technique involves walls of the entire building made by concrete poured into foam molds, providing high levels of insulation and structural strength throughout the structure.
A project application has been submitted, pending review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet. More information on the project design team is yet to be revealed. For more updates stay tuned to sfyimby.com.
