New development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed at 1719 86th Avenue in Webster, Oakland. The project proposal includes the addition of residential area in an existing single-family residence.
Keasete Kifle is listed as the project applicant.
The project site spans an area of 5,320 square feet. The scope of work includes the construction of two new stories comprising of two new units at the back part of the yard. The existing residence is a single-family house that spans an area of 1,515 square feet. The residence currently features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with one garage parking space. The residence was constructed in 1910.
