Development permits have been submitted seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed at 601 MacArthur Boulevard in Cleveland Heights, Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story over basement residential building.
East Bay Builders is listed as the project applicant and owner.
The project site is a vacant parcel that spans an area of 6,808 square feet. The scope of work includes the development of a new four-story residential building over two levels of garage space. The building will offer a total of 32 residential units.
Previously, in 2018 the project site was proposed to be developed with a four-story residential project with 25 dwelling units and underground car parking. The Lake House Development was the project applicant.
The project site is located in a residential neighborhood on a corner lot between MacArthur Boulevard and Wesley Avenue. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet. Stay tuned to sfyimby.com for more updates.
