New development permits have been submitted seeking the approval of a new residential project proposed for development at 2952 Humbolt Avenue in Santa Clara. The project proposal includes the development of a new single-family residence with an attached garage.
Two San Jose-based individuals are listed as the property owners.
The project site spans an area of 10,000 square feet. The scope of work includes the development of a new single-family residence with an attached garage. The proposed residence will yield a total built-up area spanning 2,312 square feet.
An SB9 project application has been submitted, pending review and approval. SB9 requires ministerial approval of a housing development with no more than two primary units in a single-family zone, the subdivision of a parcel in a single-family zone into two parcels, or both.
The estimated cost and timeline for completion have yet to be shared.
