Preliminary plans have been filed for a multi-family apartment complex at 3684 Bret Harte Court in Oak Park, Sacramento. The proposal is looking to fill a vacant lot with a three-story structure. Elby Land Properties is listed as the property owner.
The latest application for 3684 Bret Harte Court was filed earlier this week, expecting to replace the narrow parcel with a three-story apartment complex. The proposal includes 11 dwelling units, including two studios, eight one-bedrooms, and one two-bedroom dwelling.

Public records show the property was sold in 2006 for $70,000. Ownership reportedly changed in 2020, with the transaction price not disclosed.
Sacramento-based CRKW Studio has been responsible for the previous application. Filed in, CRKW Studio and Elby Land Properties received entitlements to construct an eight-unit residential hotel.
The small 0.11-acre property is positioned on a block bound by Bret Harte Court, Broadway, Elby Lane, and 36th Street. Future residents would be a block away from McClathy Park, and a few blocks away from a retail enclave along Broadway.
