Permits have been submitted seeking the approval of an apartment complex at 330 Pipeline Street in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of an apartment complex with onsite amenities.
Housing Authority of the County of Sacramento is the property owner. McCormack Baron Salazar is the project developer. SVA Architects is responsible for the design concepts and construction. Torti Gallas + Partners is the urban designer.
Named Twin Rivers, the residential complex will bring seven buildings featuring a total of 84 type VA residential units. The first building will be a two-story building offering four residential units. The total built-up area is 6,953 square feet. The second building will offer nine units measuring an area of 9,042 square feet. The third building is a three-story structure spanning an area of 23,953 square feet and will offer 24 units. The fourth building totaling an area of 11,093 square feet will offer nine dwelling units. The fifth building will measure an area of 7,822 square feet and will house five units.
The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet. The total cost of construction is $2,660,500.
The Twin Rivers Redevelopment zone is located in Sacramento’s River District, an industrial area that is transforming into a major infill development opportunity area.
