A general application has been filed seeking the approval of an apartment building along Pacheco Boulevard in Martinez, Contra Costa County. The project proposal includes the development of a new two-story multi-family apartment building.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 32,830 square feet. The project will bring twenty-two new apartments as a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The building will yield a total built-up area measuring 7,470 square feet. A parking facility with a capacity of 35 vehicles will be constructed on the site.
The project is under review phase, and the Contra Costa County City Planning Commission will schedule a meeting to review the submitted proposal. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.
The property site is located at the intersection of Windhover Way and Pacheco Boulevard and is surrounded by other residential buildings. Residents have easy access to interstate 680.
