The project site is a parcel composed of two lots spanning an area of 0.35 acres. The project will bring a four-story mixed-use building spanning an area of 22,634 square feet. The mixed-use building will feature 23 apartment units. The cost of construction is $40,68,000.
The project is under review, and an estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
The property site is located in a residential area, with transit lines approximately seven minutes away. The building will be located a twenty-minute drive from Sacramento International Airport.
